1. Price

The prices of products sold on the PINALLI Website are the prices in effect at the time that the Order is placed by the Purchaser. PINALLI may change the sale price of products at any time and without notice. The Purchaser will be notified of any such changes before the Order is placed.
The product prices do not include shipping charges. The shipping charges vary according to the shipping method selected by the Purchaser when placing the Order, and are displayed in the Order summary before the Purchaser is asked to confirm the Order.

In the event of non-collection by the recipient, any storage and redelivery costs shall be entirely borne by the recipient.


2. Products and Offers

For products that are not immediately available in PINALLI warehouses, the offers advertised on the site will be valid subject to availability. The Purchaser will be informed of product availability at the time of sending an Order fulfilment email (“Confirmation of Order Fulfilment email”).
In every case, and in the event that total or partial unavailability of the product is confirmed after the Order has been placed, the Purchaser will be immediately informed by email of the product’s unavailability and of the total or partial Order cancellation.

In the event of total or partial Order cancellation:

  • Cancellation of the Purchaser’s Order will take place automatically, without any charge to the Purchaser.
  • Pinalli Customer Service will contact the Purchaser to inform him/her of the cancellation and to recommend placing a new Order, excluding the unavailable product.

PINALLI reserves the right to suspend or cancel an Order fulfilment and/or the delivery, irrespective of the nature or progress of the fulfilment, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum owed by the Purchaser, in the event of problems with payment,in the event that Pinalli, at its sole discretion, considers that the selective distribution agreements have been implemented in a way that is detrimental to the company or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud relating to use of the PINALLI Website, even in reference to previous Orders.
In the event of an Order refusal, PINALLI will inform the Purchaser, within 30 working days from submitting the Order, that it is unable to accept the Order.
Once the Purchaser confirms the Order by clicking on “Complete purchase”, the Purchaser declares that they have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order in question and, in particular, these General Conditions of Sale, prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products on sale and ordered by the Purchaser.
The sale will be final only when the Order is accepted by PINALLI, by sending a Confirmation of Order Fulfilment email to the Purchaser.

PINALLI shall be entitled to collect the entire value of the Order:

  • for payments made by credit card, whenever the Confirmation of Order Fulfilment email is sent;
  • for payments made by other methods, whenever an email is sent informing the Purchaser that their Order has been shipped.

PINALLI recommends that the Purchaser saves emails received from PINALLI, either on paper or in electronic format. The Purchaser is informed that the above-mentioned emails will be sent to the email address entered by the Purchaser at the time of purchase.
PINALLI will not be responsible if an invalid email address is entered or if the Order Confirmation email is not received, for reasons not directly caused by PINALLI. In this case the sale will be considered to be definitive.
The offers and promotions reserved by PINALLI for purchasers cannot be accumulated, an item will not be able to participate in more than one promotion within the same purchase Order.

 In the event that Pinalli, in relation to the purchase of a particular group of goods, offers the possibility of acquiring it at a price  lower than that which would normally  be charged for purchasing them individually (for example 5 for 4, 3 for 2 promotions, etc.), the right to cancel must be applied to all items in the group to which the promotion is applicable. Likewise, for linked sales, prize offerings etc, the right to cancel can be exercised only be returning all of the goods in the purchase.

 The product images are for  illustrative purposes only. PINALLI does not accept any responsibility for any changes to packaging arising from stock replenishment. It is furthermore stressed that any decorative items, gift wrapping or objects included in the images for the sole purpose of product presentation are included with it only if specified. PINALLI is committed to constantly updating the portal but, obviously, this cannot occur in real time with regard to amendments made by the manufacturers; therefore, if in doubt regarding a product purchase, please contact our customer care department directly.

3. Payment

The Purchaser guarantees PINALLI that he/she is authorised to use the payment method chosen for his/her Order at the time of placing the Order.

The products ordered remain the property of PINALLI until the moment in which the entire Order payment, including shipping charges, taxes and other compulsory contributions (where expected) is paid in its entirety by the Purchaser.
For customer protection purposes, all orders, before being fulfilled, are subject to authenticity checks made directly by the institution that issued the credit card. Where, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sale process will be automatically cancelled and the sale will be terminated. The Customer will be informed by an automatic email.
Communications relating to payment and the data provided by the Client during payment take place on dedicated protected lines and with all the guarantees provided by the payment networks’ use of security protocols.


4. Product delivery

Products ordered by the Purchaser based on these GCS will be delivered to the address entered by the Purchaser as a delivery address on the Order “Delivery Address”.

Should the customer change delivery address once the order has been dispatched, he/she will be responsible for any additional costs of redirecting the order to the new address, unless the customer chooses to have the order delivered to the nearest Gls pickup point.

Pinalli srl will deliver the Products you have ordered by express courier to the delivery address you provide at the time of placing your order, as confirmed in our email.
We will process your order as soon as we receive it and we undertake to deliver the item/s as soon as possible or, in any case, within 30 days from the date of completion of the contract (in other words the date when the order was confirmed online by us).
You can check the total amount to pay before proceeding with your purchase.
The items shipped will be checked and passed on to the courier in perfect condition. Pinalli srl cannot be held responsible for any delay or damage to the goods caused by the courier.
The Customer is solely responsible for the items ordered. In the event that the items are returned, Pinalli srl will charge the costs of delivering and returning them to the Customer.


5. Product shipping options

Delivery is free for all orders over €69, while for orders less than €69, the charges will be due to the purchaser as indicated in the table below, and can be paid by Credit Card or PayPal.

Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, while all orders received from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day or the next working day.
For any purchases made during periods in which there are special promotions or sales, we may not be able to guarantee delivery within 24/48 hours. In this case Pinalli will guarantee delivery within 14 days of receiving your order (and in any case no later than 30 days).


6. Product defects, nonconformity and damages

The Purchaser or the Order recipient is encouraged to check the state of the packaging and products at the time of delivery.
In the event of abnormalities in the package (opened or damaged package, traces of liquid, etc.) and/or of products ordered (missing, defective or damaged products), the Purchaser or the Order recipient must return the products to PINALLI following the procedures described below. Failure to follow the correct procedure removes the right to any claim against the carrier and/or PINALLI, including the right to an Order refund and/or redelivery of the ordered products.
The Purchaser or the Order recipient can alternatively contact PINALLI Customer Service to find out how to return the damaged, nonconforming and/or defective product/s. The Purchaser must follow the procedure for returning damaged, nonconforming and/or defective products that is indicated by PINALLI Customer Service. Otherwise, the Purchaser cannot claim any refund or substitution for the products in question.

Procedures that must be followed in the event of evident damage to packaging for its return to PINALLI:
- If an abnormality is verified in the presence of an employee of GLS express courier shipments:

  • Refuse the delivery and write on the courier’s document all of the terms of the abnormality in a clear and detailed way.
  • Notification of the refused collection must be sent to PINALLI via email to the address

Procedure that must be followed in the event of missing, damaged or defective products:
PINALLI Customer Service may ask for information relating to the identity of the Purchaser or Order recipient and carry out any check that may be useful. PINALLI Customer Service will inform the Purchaser or recipient of the procedure for returning the damaged or defective product, or to obtain the missing products.
Once the products have been received, PINALLI will verify that said products are indeed defective, damaged or that they do not correspond with the description provided on the Website. If this check is positive, PINALLI will substitute the defective, damaged or nonconforming product, sending it to the Purchaser as soon as possible and always within 30 (thirty) working days from receiving the products. The delivery charges will be entirely borne by PINALLI. In the event that PINALLI is not able to proceed with the substitution of products within the above-mentioned deadline, PINALLI will immediately inform the Purchaser by email to the address indicated at the time of registration of the purchase and will refund the Purchaser with the cost of these products and the delivery charges (up to a maximum of € 30) where the Purchaser provides proof of the cost of returning the products. PINALLI will give the refund, following the procedures as quickly as possible, and always within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receiving the products.
In the event that after having examined the returned products, PINALLI reasonably believes that the products are not defective, damaged or nonconforming with the Website description, the Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund and the products will be returned, with the delivery costs borne by the purchaser.


7. Right and terms of withdrawal:

Within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the package containing the ordered merchandise, the Purchaser can withdraw from the purchase contract by contacting Customer Service.
The Purchaser, exercising the right to withdrawal in accordance with these terms, within the time limits and according to the following procedures described for the return of products, can choose to receive:

  • a refund of the amount paid for the products returned to the central warehouse, by refunding the relative sum to the credit card or by bank transfer.
  • a credit for an amount equal to the price of the products returned to the central warehouse, usable only on the PINALLI Website.

The costs of returning the products will be exclusively borne by the Purchaser.
In order to provide an additional service to its customers, PINALLI can assess the return of the completely intact product, even in a period that is longer than 14 days but less than 1 months.
In order to benefit from this extension of the right to withdrawal, authorization must be obtained from customer services.
Products must be returned to PINALLI in a state of substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and everything else provided with them.
The Purchaser and/or the Order recipient must complete the Return Form, downloadable HERE, duly completed and signed according to the instructions. An exchange may only be carried out with products of equal or greater cost to those which the purchaser wants to return. A refund, even if only partial of the amount spent, may be obtained only by returning the product to head office.
The return of products after the legal limit set for the return and cancellation of contract will not be accepted.


8. Responsibility

The Purchaser declares that he/she has full capacity to act and enter into a contract for the purchase of products and/or services on the Website based on these General Conditions of Sale. PINALLI cannot in any event be required to verify that visitors and Purchasers of the PINALLI Website have the capacity to act. In the event in which a person does not have the required capacity to act (for example a minor) or place an Order on the PINALLI Website, subject to the responsibility of the parents or legal guardians for the Order and the relative payment, PINALLI may refuse to accept the Order.
