For orders less than €69 the delivery costs and times will vary according to the Country and are indicated in the table below:

For any purchases made during periods in which there are special promotions or sales, we may not be able to guarantee, our "gift-wrapping service". In this case we will ensure that you are informed about the service not being available when we send you details of our special offer.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email from the courier with instructions on how to track your package.
If you do not receive the email, you can send us a request to the address email@example.com and we will send you the tracking code with the relevant instructions.

During the ON-LINE subscription of the Fidelity Card we sent you an email which confirms the activation and contains your Fidelity Card number. If it's difficult for you to find this e-mail, you can contact our customer care at email@example.com, indicating your details (name, surname, date of birth, city and email address).
We will send you the number of your Fidelity Card (the number will be sent to the email address communicated at the time of signing the card).
Finally, we remind you that you can check which fidelity card is associated with your profile any time you want, by logging in and connecting to the FIDELITY CARD area.
All of our products are dispatched in packaging that ensures maximum protection and they always arrive at their destination perfectly intact.
However, if at the time of collecting the package you notice evident damage to the box (squashed or open), we kindly ask you to refuse the collection explaining your reasons in writing on the forms provided by the GLS courier, and promptly contact our customer service team at the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you have signed up for the Fidelity Card in one of our Stores you will need to REGISTER and then associate your Fidelity Card to your profile in the FIDELITY CARD area;
- If you have signed the Fidelity Card ON-LINE by 23/9/2020, you can associate your Fidelity with your profile in the FIDELITY CARD area;
- If you have subscribed the Fidelity Card ON-LINE starting from 24/9/2020, it will be automatically associated with your Pinalli's profile.
From the FIDELITY CARD area, it is possible to check the points balance, consult the shopping vouchers accrued and spent relating to the rewards operation, view the promotions reserved for you (birthday discount etc.).
